No. Every review is a document and video review, done remotely. We read the estimate, the multi-point inspection report, and your technician's walkthrough video, then tell you what we find. We recommend an in-person second opinion from an independent shop for any major repair before authorizing work.
No. Drive Clear Consulting is completely independent. We don't receive referral fees, commissions, or compensation from any dealership, repair shop, or manufacturer. Our only client is you.
A technician video isn't required. It just gives us more to work with. If you have one, share a link to it (YouTube, Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar); we don't accept direct video file uploads.
We accept debit, credit, Apple Pay, and ACH bank transfer, all through a secure checkout. We do not accept cash or checks. Drive Clear Consulting operates entirely online.
If you haven't submitted a review request within your first 14 days, you can cancel for a full refund. Once you've submitted a review, the membership has been used and the guarantee no longer applies. After the 14-day window, you can cancel anytime; your membership stays active through the end of your current 12-month billing cycle, and we don't offer prorated refunds for early cancellation.
